REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

We believe that you make a perfect choice of saree that suits you. We do not accept exchange orders. A product sold cannot be exchanged. Since each saree is a unique piece we do not accept exchanges. 

We ensure that our product reaches you in the best condition. 

Hence, return purchases will be accepted only if the product is damaged. 

Condition of the saree in such cases : 

To be eligible for a return, the saree is generally expected to be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. It is requested that the saree to be returned in the original box or packaging.

Proof of purchase needs to be provided, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, when requesting a return.
